As our Finance Manager, you play a lead finance business partner role to the Company. Reporting to our CFO, you are responsible for all aspects of financial management, performance management, financial accounting, budgeting, corporate reporting, strategic analysis and planning, compliance etc. which is critical for the overall financial health of the organization.

Job Description
Responsibilities
Accounting & Budgeting Management
- Oversee and manage full set of accounting
- Manage the Company’s budgets
- Prepare and consolidate annual budget and monthly rolling forecast
- Management of cashflow of the organization
- Review and approve of quarterly GST Return and annual account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting
- Review tax computations and liaise with tax agent to manage the tax filing process
- Supervise and compile timely and accurate month end bank reconciliation report
Business Partnering
- Collaborate with other head of departments to identify, measure, and manage organizational risks for improved performance
- Establish strong accounting processes and periodically review and improve existing processes to ensure compliance and effectiveness
- Work closely with operations team, providing guidance on finance related matters advice (budgetary/spending) to operations team with the aim to achieve financial & business goals
- Identify ways to improve organization financial efficiency, avoid overspending, implement cost cutting and to boost business profits
- Analyze financial performance and provide reliable solutions and strategic inputs for Management’s decision making
- Ensure the appropriate set up of accounting rules in the organization’s financial system
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the organisation’s financial system and determine any areas of improvement
- Identify and adopt the use of relevant management information systems strategically for effective management and control of the business
Financial Accounting and Corporate Reporting Management
- Prepare monthly management report and provide commentaries and analysis on key variances
- Develop accounting policies that meet reporting requirements and align with business models
- Monitor existing processes and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards
- Monitor changes and emerging trends in accounting standards and regulation
- Manage a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
Internal and External Audit Activities Support
- Supervise and prepare the annual financial statements and liaise with the external auditors
- Resolve issues and deficiencies arising from audit findings
- Plan and coordinate the annual financial audit process
- Respond to internal and external auditors on audit data, variances and audit findings
- Implement policies and procedures with emphasis on internal controls to prevent possible fraud and errors
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years hands-on experience in managing full spectrum of finance activities
- Work experience in Electronics/ Manufacturing or related industry with knowledge in BOM/MRP/ Warehouse Management System preferred
- Understanding the Singapore tax regulations, laws and practices is a must
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational & analytical skill
- Meticulous and able to multi-task to meet tight reporting deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with Management and stakeholders
- Overseas working experience in Singapore will be an advantage
- Experience in MYOB accounting software will be an advantage
