Job Description

We are looking for experienced and passionate members to join our team in building high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Compile and update employee records promptly.
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.).
  • Coordinate HR events (meetings, celebrations, trainings, surveys etc.).
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations.
  • Payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves etc.).
  • Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
  • Communicate with public services when necessary.
  • Handle complaints and grievances professionally.
  • Manage the full recruitment and selection process, including internships with universities & polytechnics.
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
  • Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database.
  • Manage & maintain the cleanliness & tidiness of all the offices.
  • Ensure work and office supplies (e.g. laptops, stationery, pantry items) are promptly stock up and readily available for employees.

Qualifications

  • Min. Diploma in Human Resource Management or relevant.
  • Prior experience, preferably 2-3 years, as an HR Executive or similar role.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruitment preferred.
  • Experience in SME environment and/ or Fintech industry will be an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with HR Cloud-based systems (Info-Tech).
  • Good knowledge of labour legislation and work passes applications.
  • Independent and pro-active in learning & participation.
  • Solid communication skills, people-oriented.
  • Able to handle people of all generations.

  • Annual Leave Entitlement – 14 days; additional day of annual leave for every year of
    service completed, up to 21 days.

  • *Variable Wage Components (e.g. project bonus, AWS, incentives) 


* This will depend on the performance of the employees that appraise by the manager and company’s annual profitability. Incentives such as health check-up and mobile allowance if your grade is entitled.

Screening

Applications are shortlisted and reviewed. Suitable candidates undergo a brief phone screening to discuss their background, experiences, and career goals. This step ensures compatibility with our development orientation and culture. Screening calls typically occur 5-7 days after application submission. 

Technical Interview

Shortlisted candidates are invited for technical interviews, either in person or online. Applicants in Singapore may need to complete an Application Form before the interview. During the technical interview, candidates demonstrate their expertise, professional background, and problem-solving abilities. The interview lasts 1 to 1.5 hours. 

Culture-Fit Interview

Following the technical interview, candidates proceed to the culture-fit interview round, which focuses on alignment with our cultural values. This stage involves behavioral questions and lasts about 30 minutes. 

* Reference Check

Reference checks are conducted for security-related roles only. The team uses 1 to 3 contact details provided by the candidate, and the outcomes serve as references in the decision-making process. 

Final Decision

The team evaluates the applicant based on all information gathered. Candidates are informed of the results within 7 days after the final round, except in special cases. If not chosen, your information will be retained for 6 months for potential future opportunities. All applicants will receive a thank-you email acknowledging their interest and effort.
